As we wave goodbye to summer, our eagle-eyed customers will have noticed a few changes here at Elevator Equestrian. For the past 6 months we’ve been busy working behind the scenes on a very important project – a new website! After a lot of hard work, new photography and lots of liaison with our brilliant website designers, we’re over the moon with the result. It’s clean, easy to use and looks fantastic.
Now our entire range of products, from our best-selling Elevator Performance bridles to our girths, martingales and breastplates, are available to browse and buy online. We’ve also added all our bridle parts, including nosebands, headpieces, reins and browbands, listed on the website shop area separately. That means that if you prefer to spec out your perfect bridle and compare the cost and style of different elements you can play to your heart’s content! It’s also a good link to send a loved one as we get ever closer to Christmas present season – if you fancy dropping a hint or two, that is!
We’ve also added a sale section to the new website, perfect for snapping up Elevator goodies at bargain prices. You’ll find some amazing reductions on our Performance girths (including stud guard girths), leather travel headcollars and a selection of reins. We hope you enjoy a good browse around and the chance to see our collection ‘up close’ with the clear, high-res images and product information. It’s been a strange 18 months or so, but the pandemic causing so many in-person events to be cancelled did make us realise how important it is to have a good online presence.
Elevator was formed out of an owner’s desire to ensure her horse was comfortable when she was ridden, and our products now have an impact on horses around the world. Even as the business has grown and evolved, our approach has never wavered. So, especially if you’re new around here, here’s a little reminder of what makes Elevator so different from the competition!
- The horse’s comfort always comes first. The first Performance bridle was made for a mare who had such a sensitive poll and ear area that she simply wouldn’t tolerate a ‘normal’ bridle. The Elevator Performance bridles we sell today still have the same ergonomic padding and soft, supple leather to ensure ultimate comfort.
- Elevator only uses superior quality materials. We ensure comfort by only using the highest quality leather available – English Sedgwick Leather. This is renowned for its combination of properties – supple, strong and soft – which make it perfect for tack, in particular bridles.
- Our products are crafted in the UK by expert leatherworkers. We want to support other small British businesses and ensure our bridles are always finished with the best attention to detail. That’s why we work with artisan British craftspeople to create our products
We’re so proud to share our new website with you all, so make sure you take a good look around!
