The strangest eight months in Elevator’s history!
Can you believe It’s now been nearly 8 months since our lives were first turned upside down by the Covid-19 outbreak? It’s hard to imagine that this time last year we had never heard of it and were busy making exciting plans for 2020, with absolutely no idea what was to come! Jo and the Elevator team normally spend the spring and summer going to all manner of different equestrian events, meeting our customers and helping them to find the bridles and tack which suit their horse best.
Sadly, we have been unable to do that in 2020 but we are so thankful that, with our loyal customers’ help, we’re still here. It has been great seeing our brand ambassadors out and about competing in their chosen disciplines and bringing on their new and young horses. We have everything crossed that in 2021 we will be back at competitions and able to meet you face to face again. In the meantime, we’ve put the extra time we’ve had on our hands to good use! We mentioned in a blog way back in spring that Jo had spent the lockdown working on new bridle ideas, using her horses as inspiration and models. Well, we are delighted to share the news that you won’t have to wait long until you can try our new products too! Plus, there’s more than just bridles on the way…
As you can imagine, we thoroughly test all our tack before putting it on sale, and our new bridle designs have just come out of testing! As with all Elevator products they have been carefully designed to ensure they are free of pressure points and totally comfortable for the horse. They are crafted from the same soft and supple Sedgwick leather as our existing range and we can’t wait to share them with you very soon.
You’ll also be treated a brand new Elevator breastplate which will be added to the website very soon. Again, this has been designed to provide ultimate comfort to the horse whilst ensuring the saddle stays perfectly in place. It’s totally FEI legal so can be used in all levels of competition without worry. Make sure you keep a beady eye on Elevator social media feeds for more news, coming soon!
